Southern Members - Damian where is my stuff?

Anyone seen Damian? He said he needed an axle and some backing plates to get his rear going and I let him take that plus he TOOK another axle out of the back of my truck. He was supposed to get his car going...get a 9"/12bolt and then give me some replacements or sell me that rear for cheap. I haven't heard anything out of him lately....dont have 2 tcs axles or backing plates. I feel like I got phucked on this deal. He seemed like a really nice guy and I was trying to help him get his car on the road but now I feel like I was just a suckah!!! Anyone ever had any dealings with this guy? I see some shitty feedback in the seller feedback forums but thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and try to help a brother out.....WRONG.

I didn't "take" anything. I called you before hand and said i'd grab both axles just in case one of them was bent. You said that was cool and had no problem with it. Saying I "took" anything is a crock of shit. I haven't gotten a phone call nor PM asking ANYTHING about needed the other axle, 10 bolt, anything so I dunno WTF you're problem is and why you made this post. You haven't PM/called asking for ANYTHING. Nor did you imply that you needed anything of this shit back. You told me this was extra stuff you had laying around and that I could just pay you back with a favor one day. Which you haven't asked me for anything. You had me under the impression that you would call ME when you needed something.

You haven't not called, nor PM'd me asking for anything so implying that i'm ducking you is complete horseshit. And in NO WAY did you imply that you needed any of that stuff back in return. I dunno WTF your problem is and why you made this post, but since you wanted to take it that far when you haven't even tried to contact me, I do not plan on ever helping you out. And if you want your other axle, you can come get it since I "took" it from you :eyes: . Pick up the phone next time before making some bullshit post on the internet that you had no rights making in the first place. For the record....you were to get the axle on your way home (out of my truck down the street). You called me after you left and said you grabbed the other axle as well just in case one was bent. I said "no problem" as I wanted you to get your car going. We talked some after that and you said that you would sell me your 3.73 rear (with my backing plates/axles) for a really good deal when you got your 9"/12bolt in a few weeks. Originally you were going to install some 3.73 gears for me and later changed that to selling me your rear for a good price. Then you PM me after this post and offer for me to get gears installed for 100 bux. Next I guess you'll sell me the axles and backing plates back that you got from me. Keep the stuff......don't help me out.....you don't owe me anything. We are square.

Jerry, you're a helluva nice guy and I appreciate you loaning me the stuff, but the way you approached this was complete bullshit. Coming on the internet with that crap when you haven't even attempted to contact me first. All you had to do was pick up the phone, or PM me. Coming on here with the implication that I am keeping your shit or ducking you is totally out of line. It would have taken one phone call, and I would have done what was in my capability to help you out.

And yes, I did tell you i'd sell you the 3:73 rear once I got a 9/12. Well I haven't gotten one yet, so the rear is not for sale yet. I told you that you'd be first in line, and i'd give it to ya dirt cheap and that offer still stands but I haven't forked out 3500 bucks for the 9inch yet so the 3:73 rear stays in my car until then.

Honestly I really didn't know a couple of old backing plates and dirty 10 bolt axles meant that much to ya. You gave me the impression it was shit laying around collecting dust, and that I could have it. I even offered to pay you for it, and your reply was "No just repay me with a favor when I need one". Maybe next time you should be a little more clear about what you think, and pick up the phone before making some BS post like this when I had absolutely no clue you needed anything.

Hey at least you replied here...that's all i actually wanted was to see if you just did the ole grab and go to not be heard from after awhile. It is settled in my mind. Hopefully if we meet in the future you will be as friendly as I and this will be in the past. I may be an ass for posting it here like this but i felt slighted, as before this post it had been AWHILE since I had heard from you.... phuck the axles/plates.....just wanted to know "whats up" since you seemed to be going thru a rocky time in your life.
