Stereo & Electronics - Mounting subs on the rear deck area..

Is there anything under the rear deck area that I need to be concerned about drilling through?

There have been a couple of threads about putting a piece of wood between the deck and the carpet, then screwing it down that way. That's what I'm planning on doing, just make sure the screws aren't too deep.
