Stereo & Electronics - Help!!!

Ok, so I turn on my parking lights(98 Z) and I hear something like a fuse blowing out, so I check and my parking and brake light fuses are blown. I change both of those and still have no parking lights or brake lights????? I have checked all of my other fuses inside and under the hood. What else should I check?????

I am going to check the actual switch now. Maybe that will be it.

Not the switch, are there any relays or anything that I might have missed, I know that there is one or two under the dash anyone know there purpose??
