Stereo & Electronics - need tweeter help fast please

I am trying to get the tweeters out of the door panels and I have no idea how to do it. looks like to get the brace on you just push the plastic holder things throught the brace, but I have no idea how to get it off. please help me

well if they are anything like the speakers in the trucks they just snap in and out. So where you say push the things in,thats probably right. But like i said thats only if they are like the truck speaks.
