Answer is apparently not, at least when it comes to the generation "Y" (apparently what I'm now being called) segmant. Too much $ for a new car and a lack luster appeal to the college grad age and income ranges, and that makes for slow sales in the expected market for certain cars...

Three problems as I see it.

1. The people responsible for making these cars are in fact too old to have any idea what the younger buyers want.

2. It's illegal to produce what the younger crowd actually wants.

3. The under 28 segment doesn't always have enough money to buy a new car. Especially when what they want is 30K and up brand new.
