Stereo & Electronics - guru's please help , can i do this

i want to keep the factory monsoon tape deck and factory cd changer BUT I want to change all my speakers so i was thinking of doing this

buying a stealth box
alpine type r 4 ohm
600 watt 5 or 6 channel amp to power my sub and 4 alpine sps 170 a speakers
and the interface of course to hook up an amp to the stock unit

will this work and sound good?

I want to maybe replace my rear sail panel sube with the alpines and maybe something better for the front what do you recommend that is reasonable

they are 2 ohm does that matter?

Those infinities will fit fine in the front or the rear. They are 2 ohm, so be sure your amp is able to be run with a 2 ohm load.

With an amp'd installation, you might consider getting components up front rather than COAXIALS
