I found the part number for the headers awhilke back here on the forum, I will do some digging for the number. I am curious about the k-member as well.

Hooker headers, P/N 2455. Minor modifications must be performed, doesn't sound like anything too major. I believe they were origianally meant for a '66-'67 Chevelle, if I remember correctly. 2" primary as well. Should work fairly well for what I have planned.

Also, is it possible to use power brakes with a BBC in a 4th gen? Can anybody tell me if there is a manifold that will even come close to fitting under the hood?

Can't you just get the k-member with no motor mounts and use motorplates? Morotplates seem easier anyway

If you were going to do this, then why wouldnt you just use your stock k member?

He didnt say it was a drag only car. I could live with the extra 40lbs for $500.

Any stock-style springs that might work? I might end up calling BMR in the morning, but I would like some suggestions from some of you guys.

What about a cooling system? Is the LT1 radiator sufficient?

We don't offer motorplates for the BBC at this time. We just offer the k-member with no motor mounts so you can use a motor plate. If you have any questions about our product line please feel free to email me or just give me a call.
