Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - Cam overlap question

I am in the process of having a gen 1 383 built. By the calculators I found on this board, my cam overlap is 39.5. From what I have read this is pretty high. Will this motor idle extremely lopey? If it will that is what I am hoping for.
