Stereo & Electronics - Newb questions for sub setup =====> Please help!

I'm planning on getting a JL Stealthbox with a JL 10w3v2d2.

I have a couple basic questions :

1) What type of monoblock amp would you recommend to run this sub?

2) I want to hook it up to my stock HU. (I have the monsoon system). What parts do I need to do this?

3) Where can I get a basic install kit ( power wires, ground, fuse, etc....)

I just installed that same speaker with a different box in my 2kws6. As for the amp, I bought the Pioneer GM-5100t with peak power at 760w. Bridged mono it supplies 380wrms@4 ohms. I got it at Best Buy for $165 and am very happy with the performance and is plenty powerful. The rest of the system is the factory Monsoon. As for the box, the Stealth box is nice because it saves space but I was'nt impressed with the performance and it seems to be a little pricey. I got a lot better sounding complete box at a local shop here for $30.

The MTX 421D would match the sub nice and can be had for around $180 new shipped from ebay. For your other questions any local audio shop should be fine. Or BrandsMart, Best Buy or a Circuit City if they are in you area.
