As the computer was waking up, the TV blurted out GM, which made my ears peek...Seems like the cold wet weather here in the nyc triborough area is affecting the stopping distance on a few of their SUVs....


Gm is recalling about 800,000 vehicals, because the salt spread on the road is building up on the sensors and causing the abs to fail...They say over 200 accidents have been caused by the problem but no deaths have been made known...i believe they will have designated times for bringing your ride in, but i would call to find out more....someone could possibly post a link...

Now this is obvioiusly going to set them back in fundage BUT hopefully wont hurt any possibility of this 800 hp Z06 coming around...

800 hp? Where do you get 800 horsepower? The C6 Z06 is 505 hp......

I heard blue devil and around 700hp but nothing is for certain.

My local news also mentioned that it was for the "14 upper states", and they also mentioned the Silverado along with showing some stock footage of one.

so when gm noticed they had a problem, they provided employee discount advertisement to sell more defective product before any soccar moms realized anything was wrong.... trucks....minis....clear them all off the lot, exempting the new impalla....i haven't seen one out yet...whats the word on it anyway?

oh and the vettes coming with 3 briggsn strattons coupled together driving the front wheels... :cry:
