Automotive News, Media & Press - Anyone know with the C6 Z06 comes out?

I can't wait, the viper and cobra owners are already sliggin' BS, lol. :jest: I heard from the corvette forums that it will be after October.

I saw a red one driving through my little town on September 10th as I sat at a stop sign. I think my jaw hit the floorboard of my 'bird as I watched it pass me by :)

On my way to Bowling Green on Thursday (Sept 15) I spotted the first two truckloads of Z06s headed north on I-65. :D

Quick question: I wa watching the episode of Rides where they followed the C6R at Sebring. They mentioned that the seat had a tube that sucked air in from the outside to cool the driver...

seeing how the new Z06 is a race car, does anyone know if this feature is being carried over (I'm curious). Or is this just a feature forthe drivers who race at Sebring and Le Mans?

That A/C tube is race only.

While the Z06 sure specs out like a race car, it definitely has street car manners. :)
