fairly good in both respects. for the same money, you could likely get better, but as always, it depends on what you're looking for. considering anything in particular?

Their Amps are Really good for pure power output. They do quite well in SPL comps. As for the speakers, they are good but there are better ones out there. If you can get a deal on the speakers, go for those, but if you have a choice, start looking into other brands too.
Memphis, Adire, OZ to name a few.

i would not recommend crossfire i would try to buy arc audio their entry level is as good if not better than much of crossfires top end and it is cheaper what ever you do ask for the amps rms power rating dont let them tell you the peak rating for amps not matter what brand you buy

I DO suggest Crossfire. My audio supplier, Boomers Car Audio, sells loads of their stuff & has never had one complaint. Their speakers hold a good amount of pure power & their amps put out great pure power for the price. Most amps are way overated & never push what you think they are pushing, not that way with Crossfire.

Crossfire is very entry level when it somes to sound quality. They put of ok spl, but there is much better equipment out there for the same amount of money.
