Stereo & Electronics - G Tech Pro?

Will one of those gtech pro things work on an old school muscle car with no computer? Im thinking of getting one for my pops for christmas since he got a 68 camaro.

If I'm not mistaken, the Pro model is the original G Tech. If that's the case then it should work as long as he has an operating cigarette lighter outlet.

yes they just plug into the cigarette outlet..

Yes they work fine in older cars with no computer. As the others are saying, all you need is an operating cigarette lighter, and really clean glass! I have the G tech pro RR model. The RR allows you to interface your device with a PC. You can download runs to your comp instead of keeping them stored inside the machine. Its a very cool little toy. I've only used mine a handful of times in my buddies cars. Its a Bitch to get set for each car. I have had little luck with it.
