Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - Restoring 66 BB Vette...please read

I've got my dad's '66 427/390 Vette and it is in very bad shape. I want to rebuild it as close to original as possible. I say as close to because some of the parts are very hard to find and very expensive. As time goes by I will get original parts but you know the deal.

What I'm looking for is a board like this one that is informative and helpful. Does one exist? I've checked out corvetteforums.com and they just don't have what I need. Do any of you know of a good board for mid year Vette's that can help me? Thanks guys.
