Stereo & Electronics - friend blew my speakers

ok my friend blew my speakers out today by accidently playing her music a little to loud. i would like a good pair of speakers that later on i can hook up to a aftermarket amp (stock Monsoon is in there now) i also have a kenwood head unit and a alpine r series 10" sub. what would be some good speakers.

Also i have a non radio controls on the wheel car can i put these on? how much work would it be?

Apline 170A's are good choice to use with the monsoon and eventually an aftermarket amp. Read the stickies.

For you wheel question, that also came up recently. I believe the swap will end up costing you a couple hundred due to the need for wiring. search again, it was recent.
