Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - help me please

well today i spent all day reassembling the front section of my engine only to get ready to fire it and find a huge crack in my block :cry: so if anyone has a 400 chevy block they could sell me that hasn't been bored more than .40 you would by my fucking hero..
