Scott,
I don't know if you have one yet, but if you could please post or refer me to a list of appearances scheduled for the Camaro concept, I'm sure many of us would appreciate it. Personnally, I'd like to request that it be at the Tampa, Fl Autoshow (though I'll probably also go to Atlanta if it's there, as the Tampa show is at the end of the year).
Thanks.
BTW, I've already posted my thoughts on the Bob Lutz blog, so I'll refrain from going in depth here, but I am increasingly pleased with the design :).

Does anyone know if the one travelling around is the same one shown in Detroit? (silver?) or the LA Auto Show (red)? I want to see the silver one.

Probably both so they can be at more events.

I'm happy to drive to Atlanta to see it, which is further than you'd have to drive. I guess I just don't understand why people complain about how far they have to travel for something. You live where you do mostly out of your choice, so to complain about it just doesn't make sense. If you want to have a GM plant/ocean/mountain/etc. sitting in your backyard...move. If you aren't willing to drive a few hours for something you are passionate about, then you aren't passionate about it.

I live in Salt Lake City. Where am I supposed to drive? Dallas? According to yahoo maps, that is 22 h 18 m.
I feel GM could have planned their "roadshow" a little better. :(

I understand your point, but my comment was directed at the guy who lives in NJ. I probably wouldn't drive a day, but 6-7 hours is not a big deal. I agree the schedule could have been better, especially in your area of the country, though I'm not familiar with the venues available or the market, both of which could have been factors. It's early enough that Scott may be able to work something out for the NW states.

how about the guy in nj has a kid on the way the same time, planning a wedding and going into the police academy, free time to go to the autoshow isn't exactly prevalent.......,why should I have to go any farther than philly for GM to sell ME a car!!!!......once again i bet dodge will have some bad ass shit in philly, so why can't chevy...its called sales and marketing, bring the product to the people!!!!........and believe me i am one of the most passionate chevy lover you will ever see.....98 camaro z-28, 1967 rs/ss350 and a 1967 chevelle, not too bad for your avg 25 yr old fan!!!!!
