my questions are

1- what is the best combo (heads, cam, intake, carb)for the 350?

2- If I want to stroke the motor to 383 from were I can get the best stroker parts (good+ not so expensive )

3- If I want to put 454cu in the car do I need to modify the chassis

4- which headers to choose?

to proxemics ;not bad to start, 350 and 700 trans. The best would be edelbrock parts , there you will find good quality parts for reasonable prices, they have a lot for late model camaro's. try to get their aluminum head kits, already come with what you need, then get a cam kit , if you ask them they will match a cam kit for you, also try summit racing, They offer products from every major company at affordable prices.

if your looking for a cheap 12 second car, do vortec heads, performer rpm intake, do the roller conversion and use stock lt1 cam, and a 3000 stall convertor. this gets me 13.5's in a truck, i'm sure your camaro is lighter. if you want to go faster, don't use vortec heads. after you spend the money for bigger spring and machine work so you can run a larger cam, you could have almost bought edelbrock or sportsman II heads.

thank you I want to built it to be fun to drive we don't have drag track here I just want it to be cool with some power to go and show (and to miss a little with mustangs:)) it's no problem since 99% of the cars here totally stock in fact If I get aftermarket heads I will be considered heavily modded :)

so If I can built it to be 350-370 hp that will be enough

the 700 trans also giving me a hard time but leave it for later

i second the vortech setup but would use the comp cams hydraulic camshaft ,i think the lift is .477/.480 .and a 650- 750 cfm carburetor like a demon.

i would have mentioned that, but some people are having problems with cams that size. it's hit or miss. and i bet that's a flat tappet, the lt1 is a roller cam so it probably makes the same power in the end.

I have a pair of the recently released Patriot Performance small block Chevy cylinder heads in stock, $1199.00 for the pair. If you combined the heads with a Comp 272 camshaft, a Performer RPM intake manifold, a Holley 3310 750 cfm dual feed vacuum secondary carb, and a set of Long tube headers, you would have a good combination. I have new HEI distributors (made by Mallory) in stock with 50,000 volt coils, for $168.00. Bob

hi Bob

That sound good

If I couldn't find what I want here I will contact you

do you have any problem with shipping them abroad ?and how much extra $$ that will cost ?

What LT you recommend for third generation ? (good and not expensive)
