That's where you can get a k-member to do it as well.... They have them setup for 4th gens with BBC motor mounts...

Thanks for the links, any idea what firewall or shocktower fabrication is involved? and who would make a header to fit, Kooks?

I've gotten some info via e-mail from Fast Times Motorworks about this exact issue. They're putting together a plan for me right now.
I'll be talking to them on the phone tomorrow in detail about it. I'll let you know what I find out. They build a 1,000 hp pump gas BBC that will fit in there.
I'm pretty sure the headers need to be custom made.

You can use a BMR k-member with out motor mounts and a motor plate and it makes it a lot simpler.BMR also makes a transmission cross member to re locate for a glide if you're going that route.

You can also use a stock k-member like I did and put a 454 BBC in a 95Z. I also was able to get Hooker Headers 2455's to work in there too. If you'll look in this section there are several topics about this swap or just look under all my posts.

thanks man
I just didn't know if it would be better to run a set of shorties that have the same bends as the 2455's?
Not bad at all....

The 2455's are just a tad bit lower than my transmission pan.
