Viper 1200d Factory Refurb; Gonna send both of my 12"s the 1200w at 1ohm to each of the dual 4ohm subs get 600w each

Custom Subthump.com T-Top box, made the same color as the rest of my interior with the "Z28" logo
http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d45/Machony_Leeoun/sys3.jpg
My whole setup, excluding the wires. Those subs are made by RE Audio btw, their "SE" series, which are a SQ sub that also get pretty loud. Both are 12" with Dual 4ohm.

Pretty much the same pic as above, but with the SE's mounted in the box.
I'll be sure to post more pix after it's finally installed, I'm having the hatch limo tinted the same day it is installed.

well if a single W7 with port does that (big factor there), I think I'll be able to get near those numbers with my two 12"s in the sealed box

LOL. Looks good. Where are your speakers going to be installed? If youa re going for SQ, you really need to look into Kickpanles. Plus add some tweeters turned down some up higher on the dash area to draw the stage upwards. The sails are not that bad of a spot, but tend to draw the sound outward too much. Whole point to the tweeters is to help pull the stage higher.
With Kicks, the stage will sit low about mid-dash. Also add some Mid-bass drivers in the door. The sails should be turned almost all the way down to not pull the stage rear-ward. You can set it up to turn them on higher if you want more volume, but for SQ type stuff, you'll want them turned down alot.
BTW, Am I off subject a bit? Are you just going for SQ as far as quality of sound goeas or something more like a Home stereo type install?

nice setup, RE has some great products but i would of loved to see 2 xxx's powered by the viper (that would be tad bit underpowering them but they would sound great). I sold my Adire Audio Brahma with my Crossfire 1000d about 2-3 months ago and right now im wishing i didnt :( Along with my CDT HD Comp set and PG 400.2ti. Oh well time for bigger and better thigns i guess. Im looking to get ahold of a TC Sounds 4hp Prototype but idk how that will sound in a hatchback other than LOUD! I build my own boxes both ported and sealed so i know box quality is good. Best of luck with your setup

If ya lived closer to me i'd help install it for ya b/c i hate seeing people get shafted by outragous install prices. BTW i would almost be thinking about 0 gauge power and grounds.

Switch the Redtop for a yellow top.

Ditto here. It's not expensive to do and it'll make a better improvement over most Cap upgrades.

Depends on how much power your pushing. Fbody alternator is small. 105amp or 130amp.

WELLLLLLLLLLLLL....I was referring to this case alone and it looks like a 1200 watt amp to my detective eyes. He won't need anything fancy.
