car is a 98z anyone know how i disable my factory alarm? i have a aftermarket alarm and when i lock my doors my factory alarm goes off everytime i open my doors. And i dont carry my old alarm pad because i use the new one. I guess easiest thing to do is just disconnect wires to siren for factory alarm?

Nope, there is no factory siren. The factory alarm uses the horn. Instructions for turning off the alarm are in your owner's manual and posted here (http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2965615&postcount=5).
