This may be a stupid comment... but isn't the "power" wire to the antenna always hot? How else would the antenna go down when you shut the car off?
...so that wouldn't really be "switched" power?

I'm pretty sure it only goes up and down when the radio is turned on and off.

The connector at the antenna has three wires - orange, pink, and black. The orange wire is constant (battery) 12V+ and the black wire is ground. The pink wire is the control wire from the radio. It is used to energize a relay in the antenna controlling the antenna motor. When the radio is on (regardless of whether it's playing a CD, tape, or the radio), 12V+ is applied to the pink wire closing the relay and putting the antenna up (or keeping it there). When the radio is turned off power is removed from the pink wire, the relay opens, and the antenna motor lowers the antenna using the power on the orange wire.
