IF I WERE TO MAKE A CUSTOM ENCLosure out of fiberglass for a sub...and i molded a place for a screen in the same box...will the sub rattle the crap out of that screen????

depends on the sub........ your biggest problem would be putting hte sub magnet anywhere near a screen.

flat panel screen really woudn't matter unlike a crt/tube screen. Magnet shouldn't effect it.

Magnets will not affect tft/flat pannels like they will a crt tube.
It will be ok to mount a screen on the side of a fiberglass box but will probably cut down the life of the screen due to the viberations.
