Multimedia Exchange - My new WS6 VFN 4" hood (white)

Hey guys, here are pictures of my new hood ( WS6 VFN 4" ). The pictures are not the greatest because I did not have much time to take them.

To be honest, I was not sure if the hood would look that good or not because of the size. I looked at pictures with people who already had the hood on their car and it looked to big. I can tell you this tho, you have to see this thing in person! I love this damn thing and would recommend it to anyone who wants a unique look.

Almost everytime I drive the car, I get someone on the road who gives me a compliment. (this is not my daily driver).

I have to agree. It's just way too tall for that car IMHO. But hey sounds like you like it and thats ALL that matters.

What about under hood space?? did it increase??

It's not the size of the hood man...It's how you use it...

Like I said, you have to see this hood in person to say if you really like it or not. In the pictures, I thought it was to big and may not like it. It's just absolutly awesome in person tho. I did lose some vision, but not much.

I am putting the z06 18x12 wheels on the rear. Once those go on, I think the hood will fit in much better with the car. It really makes the car look aggressive.

Also, VFN did an awesome job. Both quality and customer service.

Of coruse this hood is not for everyone. It's all what you like. But you have to see this thing in person to judge it. The pictures just dont work.

I really dont see a need for this....it's eaither you like it or not. Im just sharing my pictures for people who may be interested in the hood.

I like it, I just really wanna see one in person. I'm debating on a few hoods and this is one I'm looking into.

Looks great Jake....I have the same Hood on my 98 WS6.. Black...Your deff. right you'd have to see it, in person. and you like it or you dont. It deffentaly takes a little geting used to. But I also Love my Hood. Its unique and different and stands out from the crowd. My Dream is to have sum twin turbos up in the open space under it.

Why would a cop think so? Its not illegal to run that hood on the street. Hell I ran a 6 inch hood on my nova.

I love the look of that hood on the car. You need to put some bogarts or prostars on it, then it would killer!

if you had a full blown drag car it would look awesome, but I'm sorry when I think cowl hood, I think of big blowers under the hood...

They did not paint the hood for me. The hood would look awesome with the ZR1-1's!
