Stereo & Electronics - blower motor speed resistors

can i access them without removing the dash? my blower motor wont come on and i have no voltage at the motor. i got voltage at the switch. now i need to see if i screwed up my resistors when i put my dash back in.(dont want to remove that again.)or maybe my swith crapped out. but i dont know what pins i should have continuity to? any ideas?

It sounds like you may have forgot to plug the resistor block and or motor back in. I know it sounds dumb but have you check the connections.
