Stereo & Electronics - reprogram keyless entry

I disconnected my battery but now my keyless entry doesn't unlock or lock. Can anyone help me out on how to reprogram? Thanks. Don't know the brand of alarm if it is factory or not.

I've had my battery disconnected several times and never had a issue? To reprogram the stock remotes there are instructions at www.installuniversity.com
