Racer's Lounge - Idiot didn't yield...Trans am is dead

This really sucks the idiot didnt yield and turned and i slammed into HER going 45 miles an hour insurance totaled my car. But I got paid for it so i will get another. I paid 2500 for the salvage because the engine and tranny are still good they have 90,000 also i wanted to keep my rims and tires and all my mods.

I am located in Little Rock Arkansas. The car will be for sale soon.The insurance gave me around 12700 for the car and 2500 for pain and suffering. I bought a 2000 trans am yesterday so i will be taking the headers, ls6 intake, short shifter, rims, maybe magnaflow exhaust system, i am going to put the rims from my new trans am but we could work out a deal. throw out a price.

Glad you are ok man. That windshield smash is from the passenger side airbag flap. That thing does alot of damage to the windshield. Just because the person has the yield sign or red light etc, doesn't always mean that they are going to follow it. Keep that in mind.

Same damn way I lost my last one. I feel for ya man. Make DAMN SURE you get what its worth everything included. And DO NOT let him get away without making sure you are ok and you will be compensated fully for your car.

I know a body guy that would say thats "minor" and have that T/A back on the road in a 2 weeks, 1 if he had the parts on hand.

never fix em. these cars are so cheap to replace that its kind of pointless to fix em. cause it could happen again after you fixed it. and you can stand to lose quite a bit of money!

Take the motor, tranny, mods, wheels and tires and give her one more look before you ship it off to the boneyard.

Dude, tonight on the highway I was trying to merge in and some MOTHER FUCKER behind me sped up and made it a point to run me off the road, I slammed on my brakes and almost took out the cement divider. I've never been so infuriated in my entire life. SOME PEOPLE!!!!!!

Not that I'm trying to one-up you but a few months ago I experienced the worst thing to ever happen to me while driving. Picture a 6, six, 6 lane freeway with nearly no traffic. I would pass a car or two a mile going about 80. A piece of shit 80's Nissan pickup is in the far right/lane for exits and I am far left in the commuter lane. Just as I am about to pass this truck, keep in mind again with four lanes between us, he proceeds to turn his wheel and careen across the whole fucking slab of asphalt and cut into my lane. So from a second to having a truck 25 feet on my right side, it ends up about 2 from my front bumper. No surprise to me when the CHiPs phone center was on hold. WTF. That fuckwad exited immediately after that behind me, otherwise I'm sure I would have bashed a skull in with my maglite even reguardless of consequences to myself because I had to lockup my brakes and almost ran into the concrete divider. I figure if you nearly took my life, well ... you get the rest. Anyway, 80's Nissan pickup fucko if you're on the boards, don't cross me again!!! :bang:

yeah it sucks but i just bought a 2000 trans am m6 back on black and i am going to put some of my mods on it. It just a big inconvience for a bitch not to wait two seconds longer to turn left! I saw her and slammed on my brakes and cut the wheel if you look at the pics you will see that the hit was on the front tire. And what really sucks is it was a SATURN! Piece of shit SATURN!

yea if anyone ever cuts me off or gets me in a situation to where i cant avoid i wreck. i will make it a point to slam into them. im not gonna avoid them just to hit a fence/gaurdrail/or a utilty pole just so they can run or flee the scene while my car got trashed.
