Could not had said it better. I had a tear in my eye by the end. Actually, two. One for th lil brother that put all the heart into that beautiful first gen, and one of pride for the older brother that showed that new, EFI cars can really compete.

I think what it was is people bid up over the reserve price thinking it would go way over. After sitting at 42,100 for two days the winning party got scared, because, he/she didn't have 42k to spend.. :)
