Stereo & Electronics - ? for you stereo guroos !!!!!!!!!

im going to build out of fiberglass a 12 inch stealth box for the passenger side of my z.i was going to remove the panels,lay plastic over everything and take a plaster mold of the eregular shape. my ?'s are...
1)how thick should i make the fiberglass?(for a 12" kicker L7 at about 850 watts rms)

2)can i reinforce the fiberglass with metal strips like the perferated strap hangers (i figure with the holes the fiberglass should bound well and its thin. also to help keep the box from flexing as much)

3)how do i attach the speaker? directly to the fiberglass or do i make a 3/4 wood face? if i make a wood face whats the best way to attach it to the fiberglass so i dont shoot my speaker across the hatch?

1) 2-3 layers of FG will be fine, but do more if you want to
2) you can, but unnecessary if you build the box properly
3)make the speaker face from 3/4 wood and just glass it into the box as your makeing it.
