We were at the local Street Races yesterday and a friend of mine brought out his old 69 Camaro SS <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

The car is absolutely SICK!!

He's running a new 570 crate motor with a 150 shot <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

He got into a money race with a sweet looking 63 Split window Vette, but the Vette didn't stand a chance <img border="0" alt="[cry]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cry.gif" />

They lined up and when the hands dropped, he was so shocked to see the Camaro launch on him, that he missed 2nd gear <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

The next race was interesting though <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

One of the locals brought out his Blue 69 Camaro SS with a built 427 and a direct port dual stage 200 Shot <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

The Blue SS got the jump off the line, but my buddy edged him out on top for the win <img border="0" title="" alt="" src="gr_grin.gif" />

The trains are able to run in any weather and quality Brass/Stainless tracks never corrode <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

A good Garden scale messageboard is Aristocraft.com (http://www.aristocraft.com) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

Awesome products with backing from the owners themselves and a great bunch of helpful forum members <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

I also have an Indoor G layout that runs throughout my apartment in NYC, but I plan on moving it outside (when we move into a new house) and going with 2 separate HO cities that connect with 4 separate lines for indoor use cause G Scale really takes up too much space...
