I have a 5.7l 350 out of an early 90 chevy pickup and would like to rebuild it and sell it for my other engine build. I have all the internals from a 95 lt1 and am wondering if they will work/fit in the truck block. Any ideas?

Yes crank and rods can interchange- LT1 cranks are balanced lighter so get LT1 replacement pistons rather than the standard cast replacements. You will notice the counterweight is drilled/notched differently.

Yea, they will work. The casting number on the lt1 crank is the same as your tbi block. Rods are different, but one can be used in place of the other. Cams will interchange also.

uhmm the cam will work but does not have the lobe for a mechanical fuel pump... and the lifters will work as long as it is a 86 and later block i beleive....
