Anyone else here see the recent Autoweek with the Nissan GTR, originally unveiled as the Infiniti GTR.
The rumours had it in the 8:15's at Nurburgring, lol...that's over 30 seconds slower than a Z06!

Even if the numbers are true. You know certain car mags will compare them and say "the GTR while a tad slower, was still our pick over the Z06 because the GTR has a slightly higher stitch count on the seats, which leads to a less sports car feel and a more driver friendly experiance".

Yep...and that's why the AUTO RAGS are not respected any more by "enthusiasts". To me...it looks too much like a glorified 350Z. You would have thought they would have differnitiated them more.

hahaha, so true. auto rags always blow their load over imports when in comparison to domestics. Like mercedez benz could make a car called the lemon and use recycled toilet paper for the interior and, "this car appeals to us not only in the must have factor, but it definatly won the comparsion because of the bumper to tail pipe ratio".
