Stereo & Electronics - alarm

whenever i arm my alarm it goes off about 10 secs after being armed....?y is this?im tired of usin the key to lock it (01 camaro ss)

it is probably getting ready to take shit........disarm the factory alarm, and replace with DEI product

A common cause of problems like this is the shock sensor. You can try adjusting the sensitivity or just unplug it and see if the problem goes away. Then you can decide whether you want to replace it or not.
