I finally found sombody running a similar setup like what we're going to build for my boat:

Mine will have the turbos turned with the inlets pointing forward with some clamp on K&Ns, and the exhaust exiting rearward with ~24" long 5" chrome tips, that'll get rid of all the 90 degree bends and let the air be blown straight into the TBs. We're going to use a tunnel ram so we can run a larger intercooler. Probably this Edelbrock Victor:

Yea, we'll run filtered water straight from the jet pump into the intercooler, then on to the engine. My buddy, who's a genious at these kinds of things, says if we don't get 1500hp we should be slapped. I figure with unlimited cool lake water, we can probably get kind of crazy with the boost.
