wow. I think I creamed my pants. What a fun ride... up until the crash.

This happened while we were on vacation staying just about 30 minutes from where this took place (An airfield near York) back in September. It was a HUGE thing in the UK. We passed the "Top Gear" convoy heading toward Birmingham the following day. Everyone was slowing and rubber necking hoping for a glimpse of the car or actors. I'm really glad Roger "Hamster" Hammond is recovering well. The crazy part is, if the tire hadn't blown it is thought he would have broken the UK land speed record.

That is crazy fast! It is remarkable that it did not decimate the car ... or the driver.
