Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - Need motor help

i bought a 454bbc for my gf's 82 z28, what heads/can/pistons/crank/intake/carb should i go with?
its a 4 speed manual street car but i want the most power possible.

and can i put a carberated bbc in my 98 camaro z28 and be street legal?

Too general, most power possible is a very broad statement. I can build a motor for $5000, $10,000, $20,000 ECT ECT. So are you a billionaire?? or is there a budget and power level you want.

Street legal depends on your state, so again, bad question.

I can make you over 1000 horsepower. You just need to open the checkbook.
