Not knowing total weight and such, I'll say ultra low 12s based on the engine combo if you can hook her up (hint: radial T/As won't do it. I'd get some drag radials or slicks).
I had a flat-top 355 with canfield 195 cc aluminum heads, a similar cam, victor jr intake and 650 dp holley, Hedman 1-3/4" headers with full exhaust, TH350 with 10" 3400 stall and 3.73 gears in a 3400 lb Nova run 11.90s at 112 in -500 DA air.

Most pro's aren't going to try and estimate because you have a lot of confusing variables.
510/488 lift cam 114 lsa 234/244 .50 duration<--Nitrous or EFI grind. Your NEITHER. Glad your open to suggestions on that.
holley street dominator intake<------This intake is nowhere on par with a Performer RPM IMHO.
holley 650 dp
You would do better with a TH350 trans.... less HP loss and better ratios. you also need tire size to really get a good figure on final. 3:73's w 26" and 28" are a bit different.

I've had good luck on nitrous grind cams even running N/A, so that's kinda a moot point IMHO.
The single plane does sacrafice some low end torque to the RPM, but based on the converter, gearing and intended use I think it'll work okay.
TH400 does chew a little more power than a TH350, but it allows the use of a transbrake, as well as being a stronger trans when built right.

There are some good parts being used in this build, but they really don't complement each other as a package. A 200cc head would work better with this lower compression motor. The cam really needs to be on a 110* to 108* LSA for optimum performance. I would also say that the intake will probably hold you back some as well, the Victor Jr would be a better choice. I wouldn't worry about the tranny, it will eat up more of your HP compaired to the TH-350. But for the cost to beef up the TH-350 to hold the same HP as your stock TH-400, I don't think that it is worth it.

Having the wrong LSA is NOT a moot point. There are compromises guys with nitrous make to run bigger numbers and be more reliable and thats the wide LSA and it tames it down for FI. Its the wrong cam for the combo even bird says so.

This guy isn't worried about a transbrake he needs a decent combo. Taking HP away with the cam and trans and using a bad intake isn't a good combo.
He would gain HP and wouldn't have to worry about the governed auto 1-2 shift with a TH350. BY NO MEANS is this combo stressing a TH350.

How much will the car weigh? Or did I miss that?
Even though I own an LS1 now I still love the old school sbc and bbc!

Still, what do you guys think he will run.Thats what he is asking isnt it?I think its to hard to tell,to many variables. If the car is lightened he should be in the 12's somewhere just not sure where.I would listen to what these other guys are saying, knowledge is everything and here it is for free.

It depends alot on how much the car weighs. I have an idea how much power that motor will make, but so much depends on the weight.
At 3200 lbs (car and driver) I get low 12's or high 11's. Add/subtract a tenth for each 100 lbs gained/lost. And add even more if you can't drive :jest: just kidding
good luck!

Get some slicks, open exhaust at the track if necessary, a 110 LSA MAX camshaft with similar duration (more lift would be nice),a better intake(Victor jr if you go 750 DP) RPM if you stay 650 and jet it properly, With a good 3500 stall, a TH350 and a race DRY weight of 3100. figure mid to high 11's depending on tuning... whether it has electric fans.... etc all ad up.
Your set-up could be mid 12's at best with slicks. With street tires who knows.

thanks for all the replies the car is 3300# with me in it the cam i had listed was an old cam i was going to use it for this build but will probably get a new one http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=CCA%2D12%2D342%2D4&autoview=sku
i want to raise the compression up i dont mind running ras gas only going to be driving on weekends how much compression do you think i can get away with on 110 octane. and i just baught a vic jr now i need a bigger carb. thansk
