I am travelling to Brisbane Australia this year, and I was wondering if anyone had information on car rentals. I am staying there for 3 weeks and I would like to rent a LS powered Holden during my stay.
Any info would be appreciated.

There will be a dozen car rental companies at the airport, you would be best going for a Commodore VE V8 M6, or A6, you may even find a 307kW (411 hp) HSV GTS and that would be real fun.

good luck finding a rental company that offers V8's. You may be able to get a statesman V8 but you can forget about performance models.

Holden has a 6 speed automatic? Is it a direct boltup to ls1/ls2?
