What kind of RWHP should I be looking at? 540 BBC with EFI, AFR 315 heads, Super Victor intake. Cam is a Bullet 242/248 .601 hydro roller. Going thru a modified 4L80E.

I know this is not gonna help but why a 4L80E? Thats gonna require alot more power to turn over then a TH-400 with a gear vendors would. And What else about the drivetrain? Rear end, gears, etc. that has alot to do with RWHP. and suspension set-up also.

Any port work on the heads? That cam seems to be kinda small to me, esp for that motor. I would say around 475-500 to the wheels with a 18% drivetrain loss. Engine Masters used a 454 with a little bigger cam and made 650 at the crank. I used that as my guess. You could get into a 260 or 270 cam and be ok on the street IMHO.

.
Don't know much about a cam that tiny. Based on some of my solid roller engines with my smallest cam .720 .680, which made ~1.5 HP per inch. I would hope you get ~750 on motor.
