Stereo & Electronics - Requesting Power Window Info.

everyone knows GM put some SHITEY power window motors in our f-bodies, and i need to replace my drivers side, any instructions, pictures, or video, would be greatly appreciated, cause i have no idea where to start....THANKS!!
