seen the orange JIgga-who designer version from italy on the streets here in Monterey. it looks very sexy in person from the front, the rear however is hideous.
PS: sounded like a supercharger under the hood.

I believe it has been explained several times that the Guigiaro designed concept Mustang you are speaking of is not going into production. In fact, I remember reading an article in MotorTrend a few months back where Guigiaro himself told us that his creation would never become a ford production car, and that he has seen the next Mustang design, explaining "it's not mine." -shrug-
Never the less.. it's a pretty sweet concept. I wouldn't mind seeing it come into production for a 2010 model. If I were rich I'd consider ordering one from Guigiaro's Italian factory :D

I'd laugh if it was designed by Bertone or Pininfarina lol.

What's wrong with Pininfarina? I guess you didn't like the Allante either?

I'm sorry if I didn't make myself very clear. I love Bertone and Pininfarina, I thought it'd be funny as hell if they designed it and Giugiaro said, "it's not mine...".
Allante rocks my sox btw.

My buddy use to work at an used auto dealer and they had a Allante on there. That car was damned nice. Think they were asking 14k for it with somewhere around 120k miles. Old Caddy V8 in it, I guess the last few years they did the Northstar in it.
We found the original window stick to it also. In 90 it was bought brand new at $59k! Don't know if the first buyer got hosed or what, dunno if I would have paid that much for it.

$59K? Damn that was more than the Viper was in 1992!

My dad just bought a 1990 Allante. Sweet car, they were WAY advanced in their days! :)
Also FWIW this orange concept Mustang is not the 2010 Mustang, but the Giugiaro concept Mustang. However some clues from it may end up on the design update coming in 2009 or so.

I see them out test driving occasionally when I am test driving the toyotas. They hood is covered up so something will be different with the hood, but everything else looked the same as now.

well thats just fugly! A shot of just the front of the car probably would have made me think it was actually pretty nice, but it definatly doesent look amarican muscle car to me though, some said the new Camaro looked like a spaceship, but atleast the windshield didnt end at the TRUNK!

personally anything from ford thats +05 is nasty... i hate all the new mustangs, f150's and etc.... btw dont let me get started on the GT500... whata fat POS that thing is... runs the same times as a 03/04....
id much rather crusie in the NEW Camaro or dodge product... ford has seriously taken a dump since letting SVT go
My god, that looks exactly like the new camaro
