I know you can have a sub amp hooked up to the factory head unit, but can you hook up a front speaker amp to it also? I don't want to put in an after market head unit and I have infinity kappa perfects in the doors and I just bought the eD 6.5" woofers and a crossfire 1000d amp for the eDs and the infinities just aren't giving me the sound I want from the stock setup.

Whoa...why pay $300 for a fancy signal processor when all he wants to do is add another amp to power the front speakers?

Just buy a second LOC for a few dollars or else get an amp that takes speaker level input to connect to your front speakers.

Yea, all you need is another line output connector and you are set.

I can get a line output connector from where? best buy or some place? I was going to say if I had to buy a signal processor, I may as well buy a new deck, I may do that anyways, we will see. My wife just started working at best buy so in a couple weeks I get a huge discount from there, then I may get a pioneer nav system

Best Buy, Circuit City, Radio Shack...I think even WalMart may have them.

Yep, Walmart. I got one yesterday for 17.77. Called Line Output Converter but they have different settings for different setups.

OUCH, those infinities on a stock system are murder. They are probably hurting your system more than helping, wihtout an amp. I still have a set in my garage, i used them for about 4 months with 150 watts RMS to each side. I took them out because they are ear piercing and have 0 midbass. They have huge magnets, yet do nothing for the midrange.

Thanks for the advice. I am going to sell them to my brother and get the RE re components or else the eD 6000v.2 or 6500 series, I can't decide. The infinites sound much better then the monsoon stuff even without an amp.

I'd say none of the above. Pioneer TS-C720PRS.
