i would like to see proof that this is legit. i know that there is the write up, and the 8.8 in mustangs can be built for strength, but i would like to see some proof of an 8.8 that has taken abuse. i know teh moser 12 bolt is still strong in colonel's 9 sec beast. good enough for me! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Anybody have any response to the posi rearend?
Also I was talking to Jay at Absolute Speed and he said that the stock rear should hold up with 4.10's (with a girdle and stud kit) and stage 2 heads and cam... making over 400 RWHP... as long as it did not see too many 4000+ RPM launches with DR's or ET streets. Just regular street driving, and some track action... but no hard launches.
Sound accurate??
