After GM saying that Chevy already had too many cars in its portfolio to ad the el camino, I would think the same would apply to the Bel Air.

fwd bel air umm. yeah, I guess they can do a fwd bel air since it doesn't need to be a performance car. I don't want a new bel air though. Is gm still promising no more new vehicles will get a rwd outside current models and the new camaro gto?

They could name a snazzed out version of the Malibu Bel Air.

Yeah GM has a bunch of junk, I would only buy there trucks or a Vette


They offer nothing else in my eyes, I would rather have a civic than a cobalt....There cars are also out dated looking, comone kill the damn monte carlo, its been worthless for years

They don't have anything I like other than the Vette as far as cars go.

There is just nothing special about the current malibu or impala. The colbat is alright but doesn't do the trick. And the Aveo...why the fuck didn't they just copy styling features from the successful GTi's and past civic hatchs? It's like the Geo Metro all over.

If I were to go out and buy a new GM sedan/classy dd car today, I'd only be looking at Buick. If I wanted something for fuel economy I'd probably browse Saturn...but I don't know.

Don't get me wrong though. I believe they make one of the best products in the market...just not the best looking, with exception to the vette.

So...forget building bel-airs when we already need total redesigns of the current models.

The 2007 Malibu is blaaaa.

I'm not a fan of FWD but I am talking about the new bodystyle Malibu. The 2008. It has a lot of nice features and a very nice interior and I think it has a pretty nice looking body for a FWD. This car is meant to compete with Camry and they are even going to put Camry's in the showroom with it at the Chevy dealers.
