Stereo & Electronics - 6" sub?

do they make a 6" sub? my stock monsoon speakers in the rear seats blew. they only put out low pass frequencies so if they made 6" subs i could just throw those in there...although i do have an extra amp layin around so maybe i could give them a lil extra kick? i really dont want to block off my ttop holders with subs in the back and i cant justify spending 100 bucks on a piece of wood to fit on the shelf back there. i got 2 10's layin around too if anybody has any ideas of where to put them and still have ttop holders. but i really think i wanna go for amp'd small subs in the stock center location

this monsoon system seems like more trouble than good. i remember now that i just rewired all the speakers off an aftermarket head unit and put full range speakers in front and sail with the hatch empty and 2 10's in the back...but my old camaro didn't have t-tops...

yea but i wanna get another set of subs in there, not monsoon, and amp them so they'll actually sound decent. i dont want window shattering bass. just something clean and tight and doesn't sound like complete crap with rap music because i do listen to some rap occasionally. more metalcore rock tho mostly

If your going to map them I have some really nice ones that will do you right! I also have some really nice amps and packages to go with your upgrade.

Even is you have an aftermarket amp for your sail panel speakers (6.5") they wont produce more bass because there in whats called "open air" not in a tuned box. If your just intrested in replacing the speakers look into eD 6.5" speaker, you dont need run the aftermarket amp. Lost of people have liked the replacement speakers w/o an aftermarket amp and liked the sound. If you dont want to cover up your hatch where your tops go just get a stealth box by subthump. Talk to KEE AUDIO, i am sure he can set you up with something nice!
