Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - Distributor cap seal??

Hey guys I have a problem and sure many of you have encountered this on a sbc. When the weather changes drastically or the humidity rises I get alot of moisture in my cap and it causes the car to run like absolute shit. Has anyone ever found a remedy for this problem? I tried googling it but found nothing, some type of gasket or seal would be awesome. Please post up if you have any help for this situation.

Where did you drill holes, and how would that help? It happens when the car is just sitting there, I dont have to drive it for the problem to happen.
