Midwestern Members - FS 5.3 look inside.

i got a 5.3 long block forsale. it ran when i pulled it out but was making some noise. has 125K on it. ive used mobil 1 since 60K. ran great and strong i dont know wha the problem is but the cylinders look great no marks at all. doesn't include headers or dipstick tube. im looking for a local sale someone to pick it up or me to drop it off for some gas money. $200 someone get this thing out of my garage!!! motor is located at 48353 (hartland MI)

what all comes with the block or is it a bare block?

the heads, valve covers and everything on the engine stand except the oil dipstick.

that floor we dont paint on. its acually colored silica sand that it broadcasted on and clear put over it. there are more steps to it but thats the quick description version, . something like this would look great in FLT's show room. :nod: we also have this type floor as our bar top (in our basement), basement, and shower floor at home. check out some of our other floors we install. http://stonhard.com/ when FLT is ready for a high performance floor make sure you recomend the crew from south east MI. :chug:

anyways back to the motor. i didn't upgrade motors i found another 5.3 to put in there for the time being. i however call it a 4.8 because its way slower for some reason. that is unknown.
