i have a 2000 a4 ta with basic stuff/ported t/b/march ud pullys/slp cold air pack/ gutted cats/cut out/and a nx 150 shot. now that being said the car has done an 11.57@123 with a 1.9 60 ft.
this week i`m going to install my headers and lower control arms, and try for an 11.30 but i was thinking alittle gear will take it the rest of the way
what do you think? is it possible?

what u need is a stall, with that and better gearing i think u should be the 10s, u really need to work on ur 60 ft drop it down to like 1.5 or something around there good luck

Your 60' is alittle high. Should be 1.5-1.6. Get that down and you'll probably be running 10's.

Yeah its possible, although i'd say its even more possible that you blow that thing up before ya make it. Get a stall if you wanna make it happen.
White Mongoose is correct. High stall and a gear would get you there. And ofcourse TRACTION.

how much gear are we saying? i was thinking 3400 stall/3.73`s

Yea, if you can get your 60' in the 1.5X, thats a 10 sec pass... Your 60' is what is killing you!
A 3500 stall with 3:73's will get it done. But, I like my 4K stall! :-)

Spray off the line to cut a better 60ft. A good stall and spray off the line and you will be there :)

i`m only using nitto`s for right now on stock rims think it will hold for a 1.6 60ft

I use a stock 16 + 8" rim and MT DR's and I can cut 1.4X's.
