Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - Transmission help SBC

Does anybody know if i can use my t-56 in a SBC swap into my 95 camaro? I also have a super t-10 also. I cant decide whether to put in the 6 speed or 4 speed. Which is easier to adapt to the car? What clutch setup would you use for each? im stuck....thanks

If you took out an LT1 and putting a sbc in it's place you should already have the parts, if not find a lt1 donor car.
