Im trying to start my first project car. And im trying to figure out how difficult it will be to drop a sbc or bbc off in a foxbody. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

It would be just as much work to put a BBC in as a SBC.

If its not a daily driver go BBC all the way.

Buddy of mine has a BBF in his notch stang (fox) and it looks killer.

Hooker sells the headers for either and u can buy a k-member with the corrects mounts from UPR or QA1 I believe. After u have those its as straight forward as anything else.

I wasn't aware that Hooker was selling headers to swap a SBC or BBC into Fox Mustangs. Am I missing something?

I searched all over hell and couldn't find them.

.

There used to be kits & all the parts needed for either. There are hundreds if not thousands of those cars out there.

When using a SBC, I have heard of guys using headers designed for 1st gen Novas. Not sure about BBCs though.

The nova header deal doesnt work...been there...tried that. I gave up on mine and ended up selling the fox for more than i had in it. Im sure some premade headers would work fine but they are expensive as hell.

I'd recommend the Kooks headers...
